IS IT REALLY IMPORTANT TO DO ANYTHING BESIDES PUTTING A HOUSE IN THE MLS? "Wow - yes it is! It is crucial to be in the MLS, but making a property show its best and announcing it in all the right places, makes the difference in how much a seller is going to net. Much more is necessary. That's why I love Howard Hanna which provides the most superior marketing tools available."
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER REALTORS. "Some Realtors prefer working on a team, others do not. I am one who does not. I prefer working one-on-one with my clients so they know exactly who they are working with and can hold a specific person accountable for how their house is being marketing. It's easy to generate lots of computer reports, but I want my clients to hear from me weekly or sooner in person. Also - although there are many marketing tools available, not all agents use these tools. I use them and I explain how they affect a buyer or seller."
DO YOU LIKE BEING A REALTOR? "I love being a Realtor. It is wonderful to be a part of where buyers choose to live and help sellers maximize the net worth of their homes."
